Applications for booking Exhibition Space must be made to secure your preferred Exhibition dates and space.
Complete an Exhibition Booking Form in full and return with as much detail and supporting visuals as possible.
Once Fountains Mall receive the Exhibition Booking Form, availability will be confirmed, and Fountains Mall will draft and send the Exhibition Agreement to be completed.
An Invoice for payment will be forwarded, and payment must be made. Please forward proof of payment prior to the Exhibition being set up.
